RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your pieces from Lola Jolie and understand that your order may not meet all your requirements. We are happy to offer you full refunds on full priced items provided the following:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking).

The item must be returned brand new and unworn in the original packaging.

Item should have no sign of makeup or fake tan.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (all customers are responsible for monitoring their return parcel via their tracking. If the return parcel is lost of damaged in transit, this is the customers responsibility).
Please note: Due to limited pieces we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. All returned items will receive a full refund.
How do I return my item?

Email contact@lolajoliestore.com with the order number and item you wish to return.

Our team will then email you the returns address.

Ensure the item you will be returning is in perfect condition sent in the original packaging. We will not accept any items that have be damaged or worn in any way.

Ship your parcel back to the address provided (shipping costs are covered by the customer, trackable mail is encouraged).

Once we’ve receive your returned item we will then process your refund straight away.
Faulty or missing items:
Please email contact@lolajoliestore.com with your order number so our team can get onto this straight away and arrange a replacement.
Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.
